Fremantle will provide flat rate delivery service to Hong Kong commercial and residential address. Extra delivery charge is applied to remote areas and will be further notice after receiving the order. All orders deliver to Hong Kong address are operated by courier company, delivery charge and time as below:

Orders shipped to Macau (or other regions):
For the Macau (or other areas) orders, we will use “Charge to Receiver” payment method for the delivery service.
Under the issuance of No.8 Gale or Storm Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal, it may cause to delay the delivery time, we will contact the customers if the delivery schedule has been changed.
If customers cannot receive the product(s) at appointed delivery time, Fremantle reserves the right to collect the extra charge from customers for re-delivery service.
If the delivery address has been changed, please contact us immediately for further arrangement.
Fremantle reserves the right of absolute discretion to reject delivery the product(s) to any customer.
Fremantle will pack and send out the product(s) within 3~5 working days after receiving your order and payment, delivery time estimate depends on courier companies dispatching schedules and routing, as well as weather and traffic conditions.
Working day is defined Hong Kong time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. All orders will be processed in the next working day after confirmation of payment.
Replacement terms and related policies
We try our best to ensure that all products are of a high quality before delivering to customers. The product(s) may be destroyed during delivery process, please reject to receive the product(s) if this happened and please contact our customer service department for arrangement within 7 days.
Fremantle is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. Manis will endeavor to notify customer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
