Fremantle International Ltd. (operating as Fremantle Wine) was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Hong Kong. We are an integrated wine company focused on the importation, distribution and retail of high-end wines. Our business spans Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau, with representative offices in France, Spain and key Chinese cities including Shenzhen, Beijing, Jinan and Dongguan—forming a deliberate, strategic market network.
Exclusive Partnerships and Strategic Acquisition
Our portfolio includes exclusive collaborations with distinguished wineries in France and Spain. Through our investment arm, Fremantle Global Investment Ltd., we completed the acquisition of Spanish winery Bodegas Coral Duero (高麓酒莊) in 2019. This strategic acquisition secures a unique position in the value chain, enabling end-to-end quality oversight from vineyard to market and creating space for product and commercial innovation.

Fremantle Group operates through a set of specialised subsidiaries to ensure operational excellence and wide market reach: Fremantle International Ltd. handles imports and wholesale; Fremantle Wine (Shenzhen) Ltd. drives China market development and regional distribution; and Fremantle Chain Management (Shenzhen) Ltd. focuses on franchising and value-added retail services. Our logistics infrastructure comprises multiple temperature-controlled warehouses and rigorous packing standards to guarantee product integrity and consistency across markets.

Since 2012 we have expanded into wine investment and cultural outreach, partnering with institutions such as the French Food Association and the Hong Kong Wine Commerce Chamber to promote wine education throughout China.
