DELIVERY POLICY

Service Area: Delivery available to Hong Kong commercial and residential addresses. Remote areas may incur additional charges.

Remote Area Surcharge: Additional fees apply to areas including but not limited to Shek O, Sai Kung, Disneyland, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, etc. Final charges confirmed after order placement.

Unavailable Locations: No delivery service to closed/restricted zones such as Sha Tau Kok, Mai Po, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, and outlying islands like Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lamma, etc.

Macau & Other Regions: For addresses outside Hong Kong (e.g. Macau), delivery must be arranged as “Freight Collect” with customer responsible for associated fees.

Standard Delivery Time: Estimated 3–5 working days after payment is confirmed. Time may vary based on courier schedules, traffic, or weather.

Free Delivery Threshold: Orders over HK$2,000 or 24 bottles (whichever is first) qualify for free local delivery. Fine wine excluded.

Below Threshold Orders: Orders below HK$2,000 or under 24 bottles will be charged a delivery fee calculated based on quantity and value.

Delivery Rescheduling: If recipient is unavailable during the scheduled time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Address Changes: Contact customer support immediately to update delivery address. Delays or additional costs may occur depending on courier arrangements.

Severe Weather Delay: Under Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, delivery may be delayed. Customers will be contacted for rescheduling.

Processing Time: Orders confirmed and paid before 6 p.m. on a working day will be processed next business day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
REPLACEMENT & FORCE MAJEURE POLICY

Damaged Items: If products arrive visibly damaged, please refuse to accept and contact customer service within 7 days to arrange replacement or refund.

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen disruptions (e.g. extreme weather, transport strikes), the company may cancel or delay delivery without liability. Customers will be informed where possible.
